Barack Obamas administration has cut the budget nearly in half for preventing domestic bombings, MailOnline can reveal. Under President George W. Bush, the Department of Homeland Security had $20 million allocated for preventing the use of improvised explosive devices IEDs by terrorists working inside the United States. The current White House has cut that funding down to $11 million.
